Joel Williams | Senior Pastor
Joel Williams joined the FBCSF family as Senior Pastor in April 2013. He and his wife Tiffany have two adult children and one grandchild. Dr. Williams loves to preach and teach God's Word, and he has the joy of serving the Lord in his call at FBCSF, as well as in the state and internationally as adjunct faculty for New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (NOBTS). Joel is the author of the book Worship Inside and Out: A Biblical Theology for Worship and the discipleship group workbooks (1) New Life: Growing in the New Life that's only possible in Jesus Christ; (2) Kingdom Living: Growing to Live in the Kingdom of God Today; and (3) Being Witnesses: Growing to Live on Mission for Jesus as the Church. Joel holds degrees from Louisiana Tech University, Louisiana State University, and NOBTS.

vacant | pastor of Family Discipleship
The Pastor of Family Discipleship is responsible for leading the church in a way that equips families for discipleship in the home and encourages intergenerational discipleship in the church. The Pastor of Family Discipleship is an elder appointment at FBCSF and is a full-time position that reports to the Senior Pastor. The position requires a cell phone for communication needs, and the position includes insurance, retirement, and leave benefits.

Caleb Collins | Youth & COMMUNICATIONS Director
Caleb Collins joined FBCSF as the Youth and Communications Director in August of 2023. Hailing from Clinton, Mississippi, Caleb earned a bachelor degree from Mississippi State University, and he is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity from NOBTS. Contact Caleb

Joni Owens | worship leader
Joni joined the FBCSF ministry team in January 2016, serving as the children's ministry leader at the church at that time. Since then, Joni transitioned to a role in worship leadership, now serving as the worship leader for music during the Sunday morning worship services. Joni and her husband Scotty have two daughters, Mattie & Rylee.

The Preschool and Children’s Ministry Leader is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all programs at FBCSF for children in the nursery through 5th grade. The leader works with the elders to plan and to implement the disciple-making strategy for the preschool and children’s ministry area. This is a part-time position that does include leave benefits and that reports directly to the Family Discipleship Pastor.

Pam Nettles | ministry assistant for office administration
Pam Nettles began serving as FBC's Ministry Assistant for Office Administration in January of 2024. Pam joined the FBCSF staff team after retiring from Angola State Penitentiary. She and her husband are long-time members of FBC St. Francisville.

marianne granier | Financial Assistant
Marianne Granier joined our staff in February, 2025. She is a native of Port Gibson, Mississippi, and a graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in accounting. Marianne is a retired CPA, having worked for 32 years with the Louisiana Legislative Auditor. Marianne is grateful for the opportunity to serve her Lord at FBCSF. She enjoys being "Mimi" to five precious grandchildren.

Tristan House | Maintenance Manager
Tristan House joined the FBCSF ministry team in 2020. As Maintenance Manager, Tristan takes care of the cleaning and light maintenance work of all FBCSF facilities. He works at the church Monday through Thursday each week.

Amy James | Mom's Morning Out Director
Amy has a BA in Business Management and her teaching certification in Early Childhood Education. She has six years experience as a Kindergarten teacher for the West Feliciana Parish School System, maintaining a Highly Qualified Teacher status. Her role as an educator is to interact with children in ways that develop language, thinking skills, and the love of learning. Most importantly, Amy wants to instill in them that they are blessings from God and each one of them is a unique creation. Amy and her husband live in St. Francisville with their 4 children.
