  • Dr. Joel Williams | Senior Pastor

    Joel Williams joined the FBCSF family as Senior Pastor in April 2013. He holds an M.P.A. from Louisiana State University, as well as an M.Div. and a D.Min. from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (NOBTS). Dr. Williams also teaches as adjunct faculty for NOBTS, and he serves as director of Advance International Honduras and co-director of Advance International Dominican Republic, which offer pastoral ministry certificates through NOBTS to students in these countries. He and his wife Tiffany have two grown children, Alaina and Cade, and a son-in-law, Joey Stuckey.

  • KEVIN CHEATHAM | community ministry & senior adult pastor

    Kevin serves as the Community Ministry and Senior Adult Pastor at FBCSF. Additionally, he leads worship at our 8:00 a.m. traditional worship service, and he leads the adult choir. Kevin has served in church ministry since 1975, and has devoted himself to full-time ministry since 1982. He graduated with a degree in music from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA. He and his wife Kathy have three grown children, and are now enjoying their grandchildren.

  • Joni Owens | worship leader

    Joni joined the FBCSF ministry team in January 2016, serving as the children's ministry leader at the church at that time. Since then, her role as expanded to include worship leadership during the 10:30 a.m. worship service. Now, Joni services as the worship leader for the 10:30 a.m. service.  Joni and her husband, Scotty, have two daughters, Mattie & Rylee.

  • JONATHAN SILVA | Youth Leader

    Jonathan Silva joined the FBCSF ministry team in January 2019. He serves as the Youth Leader at the church. In this role, Jonathan leads all aspects of the youth program, which includes ministries for youth in grades 6-12. Jonathan works with Conner McClendon, who serves as the youth worship leader for Wednesday night youth worship services at FBCSF. He's is married to Lacey Silva (Our Pre-School Ministry Leader), and they have two, young sons.

  • Tabby Hawthorne | Children's Ministry Leader

    Tabby joined the FBCSF ministry team in June of 2019, serving as the children's ministry leader. In this role, Tabby leads all of the ministry programs and activities for the 1st through 5th grade students. Tabby is married to Jon Hawthorne, and they have two boys, Colt and Wyatte.

  • Lacey Silva | preschool ministry leader

    Lacey joined the FBCSF ministry team in March 2017, serving as the preschool ministry leader at the church. In this role, Lacey leads all of the ministry programs and activities for our preschool aged children. Lacey earned a Bachelor degree in Marriage & Family Counseling and Church Ministry from Leavell College at NOBTS and a Master in Social Work from LSU.

  • TIFFANY WILLIAMS | ministry assistant for office administration

    Tiffany Williams began serving as FBC's Ministry Assistant for Office Administration in October of 2017. Tiffany earned a bachelor degree from Louisiana Tech University. She is married to Senior Pastor Joel Williams.  She and Joel have two children, Alaina and Cade, and a son-in-law, Joey Stuckey.

  • KATI WILLIAMSON | Financial Assistant

    Kati Williamson joined our staff in September 2013 as the Financial Assistant. She is a CPA and enjoys volunteering in the community. Kati is married to Luke Williamson and they have three children, Zoe, Everitt and Cooper.

  • JerRamy Allen Maintenance Manager

    Jerramy Allen joined the FBCSF ministry team in July of 2019. As Maintenance Manager, Jerramy takes care of the cleaning and light maintenance work of all FBCSF facilities. He works at the church Monday through Thursday each week.

  • Amy James | Mom's Morning Out Director

    Amy has a BA in Business Management and her teaching certification in Early Childhood Education. She has six years experience as a Kindergarten teacher for the West Feliciana Parish School System, maintaining a Highly Qualified Teacher status. Her role as an educator is to interact with children in ways that develop language, thinking skills, and the love of learning. Most importantly, Amy wants to instill in them that they are blessings from God and each one of them is a unique creation. Amy and her husband live in St. Francisville with their 4 children.
